It is not that easy to welcome or trust the journey when you feel like things just don’t seem to be working out the way they used to or the way you hoped it would. I have noticed in my counseling sessions, posts on Facebook and articles that I have read, that there is an outcry, a frustration and discouragement for people at this time. Many feel very helpless and frustrated at the state of our country, our environment, all of the injustices happening in the world, healthcare, etc.
