Here is a simple yet profound key to healing the mind: Every loving thought is true. Everything else is an appeal for healing and help, regardless of the form it takes.
The unhealed mind projects separation and responds to a cry for help with anger or judgment. The healed mind recognizes the call for love beneath the surface and responds with appreciation, for it knows that both love and the call for love can awaken us to our own Oneness.
