The Freedom of Forgiveness

2015.01.31 - The Freedom of Forgiveness

“By confessing your judgments to others, you release them even more powerfully than you can by yourself. You also help establish a climate in the community in which ego is acknowledged as a natural phenomenon for all people. It comes and it goes, sometimes with anger, sometimes with sadness. You help establish an atmosphere in which no one beats himself up because he is having an ego attack. So the ego is held more lightly, and let go more easily. More humor is brought in. The ego is no longer held by ego, but by something else – something gentle and allowing, something merciful, accepting and forgiving.”   -Paul Ferrini

Are you ready to FORGIVE? Are you ready to be FREE?

Perhaps it is time for a confession…

Try calling a trusted friend or family member or meet them for coffee and have an honest and authentic talk about the judgments you are holding about others and about yourself.

If you do not have someone to talk with, write them down in a journal.

In this sermon, Syntysche talks about finding freedom and having the faith to forgive.  And, she guides you on a journey inward to bring to the surface the old limited experiences and ideas that are keeping you crawling in your life instead of flying.  She also demonstrates how to apply the techniques and tools to bring about a freedom every Karma Yogi deserves.
