When you do a Castor Oil Pack, you should use three thicknesses of wool or cotton. We sell the wool and cotton pieces in our Gift Shop and you can also find high quality, cold-pressed Castor Oil there. You just fold the piece of wool or cotton to make three thicknesses and pour the Castor Oil to saturate the fabric, not necessarily dripping. Warm up a heating pad as hot as you can take it and put a towel under the area where you will be laying or sitting, so that the castor oil doesn’t get on everything. Place the saturated wool or cotton on the area of your body to be treated with a piece of plastic over the wool and the heating pad over the plastic and do the treatment for one hour.
