When I had my accident, I used castor oil packs on my upper back everyday. (See my instructions on how to apply castor oil packs here). Everything started healing right away. Also, I used Arnica Cream and Arnica Homeopathic tablets to speed up recovery. I soaked in an Epsom Salt Bath the first evening and many evenings after that. I had to be very careful getting in and out of the tub. I am so happy that I was able to leave the emergency room after about 5 hours and start my own healing remedies. These remedies and prayers work!
