COVID-19 BEHAVIORAL PRACTICES
Below are guidelines for attendance at a Unity of Boulder service or group.
1. Social Distancing. Please remember to stay 6 feet away from others when in a shared space. Groups of people who have been quarantined together are allowed to stay together. We have marked seating in the pews with a 6-foot radius. Entry and exit points are marked, as well as traffic patterns and restroom spacing.
2. Hand washing and sanitizing. Hand sanitizer stations are available in the lobby, and our doors are remaining open to allow for touchless egress. We encourage you to utilize the sanitizer to your comfort level – as often as you would like.
3. Face masks. Face masks are required for entry and their use is recommended during the service, as sitting for longer periods of time increases the probability of transmission.
4. High-risk or unwell individuals. If you are in a high-risk category, are health-challenged, or are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay at home and participate online – for your safety as well as others.

Join First Degree Black Belt- Nia Technique Instructor Rebekah Hartman in a deep dive into the Language & Movement of Nia dance expression.
Nia’s 52 movements have been distilled through 35 years of somatic exploration to represent the best in holistic body-mind-emotion-spirit conditioning. Nia’s movements originate from diverse modalities spanning dance, martial art, and therapeutic practices.
Practiced in isolation and integrated with systemic movement, Nia 52 Moves which combine martial arts, dance, feldenkrais, yoga, modern dance and more, are proven to physically condition the body and enhance movement skill. Regularly practiced, they enhance proprioception and perceptual motor skills represented in flexibility, mobility, agility, stability and strength.
This 2-hour Playshop is designed specifically for the Nia student who is ready to broaden their Nia vocabulary and strengthen their connection to their unique body and spirit.*
