Join Nia Black belt and Faculty trainer Jill Factor as she introduces you to NIA’s fitness and lifestyle practice. Included in the 2 hour class will be an overview of Nia Dance Philosophy and the original 52 moves of NIA in full. All skill levels and fitness levels are invited and welcome to attend.
What is Nia?
Nia is a holistic dance, martial arts & mindfulness fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life, body, mind and soul in 52 simple moves. NIA is non-impact and practiced barefoot.
