Other research conducted by Dr. Alan Watkins of the Imperial College London, reveals that while chanting the heart rate slows and blood pressure lowers; and while just listening to other voices chanting the adrenalin and cholesterol levels in the body begin to normalize.

Join us for the Joy Circle Kirtan tonight, and every Tuesday night, at 6:00pm, in the Irene German Room.  Experience meditative, Sanskrit chanting, accompanied by guitar, percussion by Louie Jordan and beautiful harmonies and vocals by Syntysche Groverland and Sierra Samuel

Joy Circle meets every Tuesday from 6:00 – 7:00pm in the Irene German Room downstairs.
