We offer a group meditation & prayer gathering every Wednesday evening at Unity of Boulder Spiritual Center at 7pm in our mystical meditation room. Anyone is welcome to attend. The gathering is free (donations appreciated). From week to week the gathering features a sound bath varying from live crystal & tibetan singing bowls, to native flute and meditative chanting.
With the daily use of the practice of meditation mantras and breathwork you can return to a consciousness of peace and well-being, heal anxiety and trauma in your life and gain the simple tools, when put into practice, that can help you to remain calm and centered in many stress filled situations.
Begin your spiritual practice on the road to healing with us on Wednesday evenings or continue your growing practice in connection with Spirit.
