Please join us in practice of posture alignment, mindful quietness & exploration of the very foundation of our individual & collective awakening process!
Mondays at Unity of Boulder, 7:00 PM, join Mindfulness Practitioner, Rigpa Lijoi, for an hour of body centered/spacial awareness & guided emptiness meditation. These practices are great for beginners and those who have already been actively practicing meditation, to train us not only in formal meditation but also how to stay present in the body, while expanding our awareness into the earth sense that supports us and the spaciousness around AND within us. We will close each evening with an opportunity for a short dialogue among participants, to share experiences, ask questions, and/or ask for support, etc.
We’ll gather to practice a simple spatial awareness, guided meditation and learn how to set up a conscious container, along with how to find an aligned posture that supports the body and quiets the mind.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- An aligned posture that supports your body‘s capacities and quiets the mind, making stillness easier and more natural.
- A lived experience of spaciousness— meditation in action and relating that creates calm, clarity, and a deeper connection to your depths and Spirit.
- A renewed understanding of why emptiness practices are foundational to awakening, presence, being fully alive and free as a spiritual human being.
Come as you are. Leave with a practice that brings you home.
