SAMHAIN CELEBRATION
with Norma Bigtree
Tuesday, Oct 31st at 7pm
Samhain marks the Summer’s End and a time to celebrate the harvest of Summer’s fruit and a letting go of messages we send into winter’s slumber–a time when the veil between the earthly world and the spirit world is at its thinnest.
At Unity of Boulder’s Samhain Celebration we will do just that. Please join us Tuesday, Oct 31st on All Hallow’s Eve at 7pm to experience this sacred celebration yourself.
TO PARTICIPATE FULLY PLEASE BRING: Pictures, stories, a special item that was dear to the loved one you wish to remember. Also, if there is something that you would like to say to a loved one who passed, write it in a letter on thin paper and we will burn it in a burning bowl ritual, sending it into the Spirit World. Please bring finger food appropriate to the season. (Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Pie, squash dishes, apple and nut dishes …etc).
Samhain is the celtic halloween tradition.
There is no fee to participate, however donations are welcome. Thank you!
