A Personal Invitation from Bruce:
I would like to invite you to take a bit of time to experience a sound bath. A sound bath is a full body experience as the sound waves wrap around you and your energy field. As you’re enveloped with the sound waves you should start to relax and maybe even go into a meditative state. The sounds or sound waves are produced from a variety instrument, which include a large gong, a variety of crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramids, drums, rattles, etc. They’ll be placed on a table but I’ll also walk through the audience with handheld instruments. With this invitation of attending a sound bath, I ask you to imagine the benefits of releasing stress from your whole self. So, I thank you for reading this and look forward to seeing you at the sound bath.
