Our Lessons are open to all at every skill level & no experience is necessary.
Please attend class wearing loose, comfortable clothes and bring a mat and a bath towel for neck support.
Every week we focus on an area of the body that needs love and self care to strengthen our awareness of how we move, creating mindfulness, strength, balance and connection with our bodies. Sign up on our emailing list to see what we’re ‘moving’ this week.
WHEN: Lessons are Fridays at 10:30 am for 1 hour in Fellowship Hall Studio at Unity of Boulder.
COST: People who haven’t been to Unity’s Feldenkrais Lessons–first class is only $5! Drop-ins are welcome – $13 / Seniors – $10. Punch cards are available – 10 lessons for $100 Lessons / Seniors – 10 lessons for $80.

What is Feldenkrais? The Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education uses gentle movement and directed attention to help people learn new and more effective ways of living the life they want. You can increase your ease and range of motion, improve your flexibility and coordination, and rediscover your innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement. ABOUT NANCY: Nancy is 73 years old, dances at least 7 times a week, hikes in the forest every day, has lots of energy and vitality and has absolutely no muscular pain. She owes that to practicing The Feldenkrais Method.
