Exhibit, Plant Sale, Workshop & Potluck
The Unity of Boulder EARTH DAY AWARENESS FAIR is Sunday, April 21st at 12pm
Please join us for this Fun, Family event to increase our awareness of the natural world and our impact on it. Our Unity Gardener, Joel Guttman will be offering a workshop about transplanting and composting. We will be hosting an exhibit featuring of interesting & fun facts and findings about climate change, human impact on the planet and fun facts about the natural world around us. (If you’d like to contribute to the exhibit please contact Elaine or Heather at the Unity Office: 303-442-1411, kids are encouraged to participate in creating something our our exhibit).
We anticipate holding a seedling plant sale and sharing our personal impact and how we are recyling & reducing our carbon footprint on the plant with one another during an Earth Day Potluck at 12:15pm.
This event is free to everyone, please bring a dish to share at the potluck!
We are having an Earth Day Transplanting Party (weather permitting) on Saturday, April 20th at 10am in the Unity Garden. Please bring any small and medium pots you may have to donate. We will be having a plant seedling sale on Sunday during our Potluck & Earth Day Fair. If the weather is poor on Saturday, we will be transplanting on Sunday at 1pm. Please check your email on Saturday morning for an update.
