Join us for Spirit Nia Dance Classes at the new Unity Dance Studio (inside the Fellowship Hall) for the dance that speaks to and through your body and soul.
All ages, genders, dance experience levels, and activity levels welcome!
Dress comfortably and ready to move!
The Nia Technique is genuine spiritual movement art moving through the dance community worldwide that taps into our intrinsic movement and the innate passion of expression of our bodies, minds & souls. In Spirit Nia, the only person we aim to please is the self. Spirit Nia movements are guided by The Body’s Way, a method of using the body according to its inherent design and function. Instead of forcing ourselves to bend and twist in ways that strain or injure the body, we seek dynamic ease.
Free Childcare upon request provided with 24hrs advance notice to our office. Please call 303-442-1411 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements and reserve your space in class.
For more information, please contact Unity of Boulder @ 303.442.1411 or email@example.com.

There is a bond that happens when a tribe of people come together in sacred space, moving in and through the mind/body connection to beautiful music.
Nia combines dance choreography, martial arts and mindful techniques resulting in a revolutionary approach to fitness. It is for all ages, all genders, all activity levels, all dance experience levels…and it is a group bonding experience that surpasses all others. Read more about the emotional connections in Nia.
COVID-19 BEHAVIORAL PRACTICES
Below are guidelines for attendance at a Unity of Boulder service or group.
1. Social Distancing. Please remember to stay 6 feet away from others when in a shared space. Groups of people who have been quarantined together are allowed to stay together. We have marked seating in the pews with a 6-foot radius. Entry and exit points are marked, as well as traffic patterns and restroom spacing.
2. Hand washing and sanitizing. Hand sanitizer stations are available in the lobby, and our doors are remaining open to allow for touchless egress. We encourage you to utilize the sanitizer to your comfort level – as often as you would like.
3. Face masks. Face masks are required for entry and their use is recommended during the service, as sitting for longer periods of time increases the probability of transmission.
4. High-risk or unwell individuals. If you are in a high-risk category, are health-challenged, or are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay at home and participate online – for your safety as well as others.
