Meditative Sunday Service
with Jack & Norma Groverland
In the Sanctuary at 9:00 am
COVID-19 BEHAVIORAL PRACTICES
Below are guidelines for attendance at a Unity of Boulder service or group.
1. Social Distancing. Please remember to stay 6 feet away from others when in a shared space. Groups of people who have been quarantined together are allowed to stay together. We have marked seating in the pews with a 6-foot radius. Entry and exit points are marked, as well as traffic patterns and restroom spacing.
2. Hand washing and sanitizing. Hand sanitizer stations are available in the lobby, and our doors are remaining open to allow for touchless egress. We encourage you to utilize the sanitizer to your comfort level – as often as you would like.
3. Face masks. Face masks are required for entry and their use is recommended during the service, as sitting for longer periods of time increases the probability of transmission.
4. High-risk or unwell individuals. If you are in a high-risk category, are health-challenged, or are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay at home and participate online – for your safety as well as others.
We open the service with meditative singing, which leads into the spiritual message. Following the message, enjoy live sound energy healing with the Tibetan Singing Bowls, played by Norma Bigtree Groverland. We end the service with a brief group meditation and prayer.
Donations are appreciated. Unity relies solely on the donations of its congregants to thrive in the community.
