Learn a powerful Kundalini Yoga technique taught by an instructor with over 30 years of experience in Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. The class will meet every Saturday from 10:00 to 11:30 am weekly.
Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan PhD, is an ancient technology proven to be the fastest way to awakening. It involves mostly seated breathing and yoga exercises before ending with a deep meditation and Gong Sound Bath to fully realign your energy centers for a more satisfying feeling of oneness with life itself.
Each class will focus on different aspects of life, chakras, and energy bodies so that you can experience a new perspective about yourself and life with more light and love.
Classes are $15 each with the purchase of a 5 or 10 pass punch card. Single classes or drop-ins are $18 each.
Feel free to bring what makes you feel most comfortable including a wool blanket, yoga mat, and seat cushion. Please wear loose clothing so that you are comfortable in a seated position, and preferably in white or light colors as well.
The Class is taught by Juhl Aster. Juhl is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor as taught by Yogi Bhajan PhD, and has been teaching for over thirty years. She is also a certified Theta Energy Healer, Reiki Master, and EFT Practitioner. Juhl is available for private and small group classes as well for $108/session.
