Senior Group
Now in its fourth year, the Senior Support Group continues going strong… just like the people that keep it and themselves active and engaging. Those “regulars” that attend most of the two gatherings held each month on the first and third Thursdays from 2 – 3:30 PM have manifested long term friendships among themselves.

Conscious Communication Practice Group
A space to learn, connect and grow your compassionate communication skills. Based on the work on Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication (NVC). No experience required, just an open mind and heart. Facilitated by Steve Hays, a long time practitioner of NVC and 30+ year Unity student.
