Pricing For Facility Rentals:
Church Sanctuary (based on ticket price).
Tickets priced at:
$5 or less makes Sanctuary $175/hr
$6 - $10 =$185/hr
$11 - $15=$195/hr
$16 - $25 = $210/hr
$26 - $45 = $260/hr
$46 - $65 = $285/hr
$66 & up = $310/hr
Separate pricing is required for well known, established artists, speakers, and organizations. Please contact the church Administrato for a quote.
A damage deposit is required on all the facility rentals. the Amount of the Damage Deposit will be determined by the details of the rental.
Sanctuary holds 450 people in the pews and 600 with padded folding chairs. Rental includes use of all microphones and use of all regular house lights.
No Food or Drink are allowed in the Sanctuary.
Follow Spot Lights $15 each
You must hire your own operator.
Sound Technician $30 /hr
All events in our Sanctuary are required to incorporate our Unity sound and light tech. at a rate of $25 per hour for all scheduled rental time, as well as an additional one hour before each daily scheduled Sanctuary rental time.
Mon - Thurs $150/hr
Fri - Sun $200/hr

Holds up to 150 people. Table and chair set up fee is $50 if desired, the renter may set up and put away all tables and chairs for no additional fee. Kitchen use is included at no additional charge. Food and drink are allowed.
Irene German Room
Holds up to 100 people, table and chair set up fee is $25 or renter may choose to set up and put away all tables and chairs. Food and drink are allowed. The sink and teapots are available.
Holds up to 75 people. The VCR system is not available to use. Food & Drinks are not allowed in this room!

The Cost of Your Wedding
Below is a list of the options from which to
choose and their corresponding cost.
Minister Honorarium $300
Includes pre-wedding planning nd rehearsal for on-site weddings. There is an increased fee for off-sight weddings. Minister honorarium is due 30 days prior to the event.
Sanctuary Rental $600
Includes time for rehearsal, setup, and photographs. Official members of Unity of Boulder receive $100 off.
$20 per hr, for for one microphone, either hand held wireless, wired in microphone or a wireless head microphone, in that case their will be a $300 Deposit taken for wireless head mic. Canned music will be played at that rate.
$30 per hour, for live musicians, multiple microphones, if wireless head microphones are used and additional $300 deposit will be taken.
All events in our Sanctuary are required to incorporate our Unity sound and light technician at a rate of $20 - $30 per hour for all scheduled rental time, as well as an additional one hour before each daily scheduled Sanctuary rental.
Fellowship Hall Rental $200 per hr.
3 hr minimum. Includes the use of the kitchen. Official members of Unity of Boulder receive $125 off of the 3 hour Fellowship Hall rental fee.
Price Will Be Determined By Details Of Wedding And Or Reception:
due 60 days prior to your wedding. This deposit will be returned within one week after your wedding. However your deposit will be forfeited if you use more than the allotted time, or if there is damage.
